Green Bean 1.0 – Chilli Green Bean with Minced Pork June 9, 2009

In Asia, this dish is normally prepared with Long Yard Bean, however  I have adapted it with Green Bean. The green bean is deep-fry to make them extra tender however if you do not want to use so much oil to deep-fry, your other option is to blanch them in boiling water first.
