The reason why i like this dish is because you dont even have to go near your stove. The minced pork could be cooked in your rice cooker. so while you are cooking rice, the rice cooker could be used to steam the minced pork as well.
Serves : 2 person
- 200g minced pork
- diced shitake mushroom
- sliced black fungus (wood ear)
- diced water chestnut
- 1tbsp Light Soya sauce
- 1tsp Sesame Oil
- 1tsp Cooking wine
- 1tsp Cornstarch
- Mix all ingredients on a bowl
- if you are using rice cooker, wash rice and turn on rice cooker. let the rice cook for around 5-8 min, open rice cooker, put the stand in, place bowl with mince meat on top. close rice cooker. when the rice cooker is ready, mince meat is ready too.
- garnish with coriander or spring onion or slice ginger
