Green Bean 3.0 – Green Bean and Tofu with Sesame Sauce
This cold dish is very easy to prepare and tasty as well. you can buy japanese sesame sauces or you can make it from sesame paste. You can also replace tofu with chicken breast or bean noodle
Ingredients

5 soft tofu squares

1 cup of green bean
Sauces
-
1 tbsp sesame paste
-
1 soft tofu square (smash into paste)

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tbsp cooking wine

pinch of salt and sugar
Preparations

Put cold water in a pot, add tofu in, when water comes to a boil, strain tofu out and lay tofu in serving plate. on the same pot, add 1 tsp of salt and green bean in. blanch for 2 minutes. remove to let it cool down.

In mixing bowl, add green bean and sauces together, make sure the sauces coat evenly and then pour it over tofu. chill in the fridget for 10 minutes before serving
